Professional Growth Credits. Teaching Staff Members who have a Master's Degree from a recognized college and have thirty (30) professional growth credits received after having obtained the Master's Degree.
Professional Growth Credits. Any course to be applied towards Professional Growth Credit must be pre-approved in advance by the Department Head and the Human Resources Administrator or designee. Only the following types of Professional Growth activities will be considered:
Professional Growth Credits. 1. The decision to award professional growth credits is the responsibility of the Superintendent or his/her designee upon receipt of the completed plan from the immediate supervisor. His/her decision is not subject to the grievance procedure.
Professional Growth Credits. Unit members who meet the service requirements 28 and who have accrued twelve (12) points will be eligible for a professional growth 29 increment. Points will be granted as specified below.

Teachers who complete an approved in-service course shall be eligible for credit on the salary schedule on the basis of one (1) semester hour for each fifteen (15) hours of class time. Teachers also shall be granted salary schedule credit, on the basis of one (1) semester hour for each fifteen (15) hours of participation, for successful completion of approved courses sponsored by outside agencies which meet the following criteria:
