Common use of Professional Fees Clause in Contracts

Professional Fees. In any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other under this Lease, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party its professional fees for attorneys, appraisers and accountants, its investigation costs, and any other legal expenses and court costs incurred by the prevailing party in such action or proceeding.
