PROFESSIONAL ENDORSEMENT. All plans, specifications and other documents shall be endorsed by the Engineer and shall reflect the name and seal of the Professional Engineer endorsing the work. By signing and sealing the PS&E submittals the Engineer of Record will be representing to MoDOT that the design is meeting the intent of the federal aid programs.

PROFESSIONAL ENDORSEMENT. The term “Professional Endorsement” refers to the distinction obtained by CPE(s) who have met the requirements to hold an Idaho Professional Endorsement (Idaho Code 33-1201A.)
