Common use of Professional Employee Clause in Contracts

Professional Employee. All employees of the District who are certified by state law and for whom the Association is the bargaining agent, excluding administrators, teachers retired through the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System, classified, non-licensed employees, administrators/supervisors and substitute teachers.
