Professional Education. Employee's attendance at professional seminars, and the payment and/or reimbursement of costs and expenses associated therewith, shall be decided on an ad hoc basis by the Company and Employee.
Professional Education. A. In accordance with the University's established policies and procedures, an employee may be allowed time worked for the purpose of attending short courses, institutes, and workshops which will improve their performance in their current position, as provided below.
Professional Education. The City Attorney will pay State bar dues for each Deputy City Attorney (“DCA”). In addition, the City Attorney will pay the reasonable expenses for a DCA to attend professional, job-related conferences that are pre-approved by management. Pre-approval may be denied in the sole discretion of the City Attorney, and such approval will be denied if such expenses are not within the budgetary constraints of the City Attorney. In order to be reimbursed for such educational expenses, the DCA shall submit a request for approval to attend the event, along with a list of the likely expenses associated with the event, such as mileage, air fare, hotel, meals, rental car and taxi expenses. This information shall be submitted in advance of attendance, and pre-approval is required. The City Attorney may require the DCA to submit satisfactory evidence of attendance at the event, and receipts for all actual expenses incurred, in order to receive reimbursement. In the event the City Attorney does not approve the payment of expenses for a DCA to attend a professional, job-related conference (such as in the event of budgetary constraints), the employee can still attend the conference at his or her own expense, provided such attendance is pre- approved by management, and the employee will receive his or her salary while in attendance at the conference.
Professional Education. The Company shall provide up to $25,000 per annum, or such other amount as mutually agreed to by the Board and you, for each year during the initial Term, and in the sole discretion of the Board for each year during the Renewal Terms, for your continuing professional education to assist you in developing and honing the skills of your position as Chief Executive Officer.
Professional Education. During the Term of this Agreement, Employee shall maintain all licensing and continuing education requirements to remain licensed as a certified public account in states licensed, a certified management accountant and a public notary in accordance with the laws of the state of California as well as expenses in pursuit of the doctorate underway while having been employed by the Company. In connection therewith, the Company agrees to reimburse Employee any out of pocket costs or expenses incurred in association with said licensing requirements, such tuition, fees and the like.
Professional Education. During each calender year during the term of this Agreement, the Company shall pay for the cost of 40 hours of continuing professional education ("CPE") credits necessary for LUGO xx maintain his certified public accounting license. Such CPE costs shall include LUGO'x xxxendance at one national out-of-town CPE class of his choice during each calender year, up to a maximum of $3,000 for such attendance, which expenses shall include the cost of the CPE credits, travel, hotel accommodations and other reimbursement of expenses consistent with normal Company travel policy.

Professional Education. An employee may enroll in an academic course on his own time with reimbursement in accordance with, and subject to the conditions, in Univision’s then-existing policy for Tuition Reimbursement applicable to non-bargaining unit employees. Any changes to the Univision policy made during the term of this Agreement shall be equally applicable to bargaining unit and non- bargaining unit employees. A copy of the current Univision policy is set forth in Addendum II. Once approval is granted, the Employer agrees to provide reasonable scheduling accommodation to individuals who enroll in courses under the terms of this program, taking into consideration the need to schedule and attend classes during school terms.
