The employees’ supervisor will provide basic orientation and explain the operations and processes required by the position. Certain positions at the University offer opportunities to acquire advanced skills, information, and experience that may qualify an employee for career progression. Professional development is part of all employees' performance expectations, supervisors should assess and plan for training programs determined to be mutually beneficial for employees and the University.
