Common use of PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT Clause in Contracts

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT. A. 1. The School District shall pay the reasonable expenses (including fees, meals, lodging, transportation and/or registration fees) incurred by teachers attending workshops, seminars, conferences, and other professional improvement sessions, where such attendance has been approved in advance by the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee.
