Professional Council. (A) A physician’s professional council may be organized at a state institution or facility employing more than ten employees, or in the case of Public Health Departments, such councils shall be comprised of up to six physicians in the district. The purpose of the council is to advise the Medical Director or administrator regarding medical policies that govern the institution or facility. The council may meet on a monthly basis at the convenience of the members, provided there is a written agenda prepared in advance and such meetings do not conflict with the council members’ primary responsibilities or emergencies. Attendance at such meetings will be with pay. Such professional council shall exist in addition to any other committee or group within the institution or facility.
Professional Council. 12.1 The Board and the Association recognize that they have a common responsibility beyond their collective bargaining relationship to further the collaborative work of the District.
Professional Council. 1. A joint committee representing the Association and the Board shall meet within fourteen (14) days of written request of either party for the purpose of reviewing the contract problem, to resolve problems that may result from this Agreement or other items of concern to the Association or the Board.

The Professional Council shall be composed of the UniServ Director and four (4) members appointed by the Board of Directors of the Association, at least one (1) of whom was a member of the team who negotiated this Contract, the Superintendent and four (4) persons designated by him/her.
Professional Council. A. The Board and the Association, in recognition of their commitment to discuss and resolve issues and concerns through cooperation and collaboration and to avoid confrontation and adversarial proceedings, shall establish a Professional Council.
Professional Council. The Council’s purpose is to isolate and define problems relating to the school system and to provide increased communications among the Board, Administration, and the NTA. The party indicating a need for the meeting shall prepare the agenda and provide the information for discussion.
Professional Council. The Professional Council shall be composed of the President and four (4) members of the Bonneville Education Association, and the Superintendent and four (4) persons designated by the Superintendent.
Professional Council. A. Teachers shall have a voice in the formulation of District policy regarding the educational program and welfare and professional advancement of the professional staff. To ensure such participation, the Professional Council, as established in the 1968-69 Board of Education Association contract shall be continued. Said Council shall include membership for the Board, the Administration, and the Association.
Professional Council. In the interest of fostering a positive relationship, the parties agree to establish a Professional Council composed of the Superintendent, Director of Finance, Director of Personnel, the Association President and two (2) designees of the Association. The council will attempt to meet once each month during the school year unless both parties agree not to have a monthly meeting. A member of the Board may be in attendance upon request of either the School District Administration or the Association. The Superintendent and the Association President shall develop and exchange an agenda prior to the meeting date and approximate the amount of time needed.
Professional Council. 5.01 The parties agree to establish a committee to function during the term of this agreement to develop approaches and possible solutions to matters of vital concern both to the Board and the Association. Council will meet quarterly with the first meeting before the start of school.
