Professional charges. Any trustee being a banker, lawyer, broker or other person engaged in any profession or business shall be entitled to charge and be paid all usual professional and other charges for business transacted and acts done by him or his partner or firm on matters arising in connection with the trusts of this Trust Deed and also his properly incurred charges in addition to disbursements for all other work and business done and all time spent by him or his partner or firm on matters arising in connection with this Trust Deed, including matters which might or should have been attended to in person by a trustee not being a banker, lawyer, broker or other professional person;

Professional charges. Any Trustee hereof and any director or shareholder of a Trustee being a company who may be a solicitor or accountant or any firm of which he/she may be a member shall be entitled to make all usual and proper charges for both his/her professional and other services and disbursements in the administration of the trusts hereof and for his/her time and effort that he/she would have been entitled to make if not a Trustee and so employed.
Professional charges. Canco or Bidco agrees to pay the Escrow Agent upon execution of this Agreement and from time to time thereafter reasonable compensation for the services to be rendered hereunder, which unless otherwise agreed in writing, shall be as described in schedule 4.

Professional charges. Each of the Escrow Agents shall be entitled to be paid professional fees at the usual rates they charge from time to time for work of a broadly similar nature, and reimbursed for expenses incurred by them, in relation to the establishment and administration of the Escrow Account. The Buyer shall be responsible for the fees of the Buyer's Solicitors and the Sellers for the fees of the Sellers' Solicitors incurred in pursuance of their duties as Escrow Agents.
Professional charges. Chorus will provide the Services as outlined in article 2 above for the fees as stated above (Article 2.1) for a term as per article 5.1. Additionally, and in consideration of several items identified in Article 2.1 Chorus shall receive a further retainer of $5,000 monthly, payable in advance of service. NOTE: All fees are quoted in United States currency.
Professional charges. Wragge shall be entitled to be paid professional fees at the usual rates they charge from time to time and reimbursed for expenses incurred by them, in relation to the establishment and administration of the Escrow Account. Strakan shall be responsible for the fees of Wragge incurred pursuant to this Agreement.
