Common use of Professional Certifications Clause in Contracts

Contractor, Owner and Architect are entitled to rely upon the adequacy, accuracy and completeness of any professional certifications required of Subcontractor by the Contract Documents concerning the performance criteria of systems, equipment or materials, including all relevant calculations and any governing performance requirements.
