Common use of Professional Association Clause in Contracts

Professional Association. A leave of absence for term of office without pay will be granted upon request by a tenured employee who has been elected to serve in a full time office of a State or national professional education organization.

Professional Association. A leave of absence for term of office up to one (1) year without pay will be granted upon request by a tenured employee Administrator who has been elected to serve in a full time office of a State state or national professional education organization.
