Products Completed Operations Additional Insured. The Contractor’s CGL insurance must include the Owner as an additional insured status on the ISO CG 20 10 11 85 or CG 20 37 endorsement, or by an equivalent policy or endorsement provisions. The Products Completed Operations additional insured status for the Owner must remain in effect for not less than 3 years following Final Completion. Policy shall apply as Primary Insurance with Owner’s Insurance Non-Contributory, include a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of the Owner, and contain a separation of insureds provision.

If performance of this Agreement involves construction, or the transport of persons or hazardous materials, limits of coverage shall not be less than $1,000,000 combined single limit.

  • Completed Operations For Construction Agreements, Contractor shall maintain insurance as required by this Agreement to the fullest amount allowed by law and shall maintain insurance for a minimum of five (5) years following the completion of this project. In the event Contractor fails to obtain or maintain completed operations coverage as required by this Agreement, the City at its sole discretion may purchase the coverage required and the cost will be paid by Contractor. All SIRs must be disclosed to Risk Management for approval and shall not reduce the limits of liability. Policies containing any SIR provision shall provide or be endorsed to provide that the SIR may be satisfied by either the named insured or the City. City reserves the right to obtain a full-certified copy of any insurance policy and endorsements. Failure to exercise this right shall not constitute a waiver of right to exercise later. Acceptability of Insurers: Insurance is to be placed with insurers with a current A.M. Best’s rating of no less than A-:VII, unless otherwise acceptable to City.   • INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE COVERAGE The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Title 51 RCW, Industrial Insurance. If the Contractor fails to provide industrial insurance coverage or fails to pay premiums or penalties on behalf of its employees, as may be required by law, Agency may collect from the Contractor the full amount payable to the Industrial Insurance accident fund. The Agency may deduct the amount owed by the Contractor to the accident fund from the amount payable to the Contractor by the Agency under this contract, and transmit the deducted amount to the Department of Labor and Industries, (L&I) Division of Insurance Services. This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the Contractor.
