PRODUCTION STAFF. The following persons shall not be employed as principal performers with respect to the production of any commercial: persons on the payroll of the advertising agency; staff or crew of the production company; or any person involved in the casting process. This provision shall not be applicable (i) to animal handlers (appearing in a scene in which they handle animals), (ii) to actor/directors, actor/writers, or actor/producers, or singers engaged in similar activity, (iii) in emergencies on location and in studios. Producer shall pay to the Union, as liquidated damages, an amount equivalent to the minimum applicable session fee for each commercial for which such person is employed during a single engagement, up to a maximum of two such session fees.

PRODUCTION STAFF. 22.1.2.1 The hours for production staff involve four days per week, 9 ordinary paid hours per day. (36 hour week) The employees must work ordinary hours between 5.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday as set by the employer. The week will be an average of 36 hours per week averaged over a two-week period. The four days of each week will be set by the employer. The 4 day week does not necessarily mean that all employees have a 3 day weekend, or the same day off each week.
PRODUCTION STAFF. Employer shall not utilize casting, development, or production staff as Performers in any Program on which they also render any services other than as a Performer without the express consent of SAG-AFTRA. SAG-AFTRA shall give reasonable consideration to the Employer’s good faith request for waivers to accommodate their legitimate production necessities. The following are exceptions to the above: ● Animal handlers (appearing in a scene in which they handle animals); ● Actor/directors, actor/writers, or actor/developer engaged as such by written contract prior to commencing work; ● An emergency in the production which requires immediate response; a situation in which a member of the cast cannot perform or fails to report for work ready, willing and able to perform the services for which they were engaged. If Producer violates this section, it shall pay liquidated damages in the following amounts: ● Day Performer $300.00 ● Three-Day Performer $400.00 ● Weekly Performer $600.00

  • Traditional Medicine Cooperation 1.   • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees. Faculty assignments to the clerical person shall be given priority over non- faculty assignments. Any conflicts shall be reported to the Chief Academic Officer or to an academic officer of the College who holds the rank of Campus Director or higher. Employees will be notified of the identity of this person and the clerical person will be notified.

  • Project Staffing Prior to the start of any work under this Agreement, Consultant must submit to City detailed resumes of key personnel that will be involved in performing services prescribed in the Agreement. City hereby acknowledges its acceptance of such personnel to perform services under this Agreement. At any time hereafter that Consultant desires to change key personnel while performing under the Agreement, Consultant must submit the qualifications of the new personnel to City for prior approval. Key personnel include, but are not limited to, principals-in-charge, project manager, and project Consultant. Consultant will maintain an adequate and competent staff of qualified persons, as may be determined by City, throughout the performance of this Agreement to ensure acceptable and timely completion of the Scope of Services. If City objects, with reasonable cause, to any of Consultant’s staff, Consultant must take prompt corrective action acceptable to City and, if required, remove such personnel from the Project and replace with new personnel agreed to by City.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. Vehicles: Rickshaws The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.
