Production Scheduling. The Company may schedule the work week as a continuous operation for any and all employees: During a seven day continuous shift system, the shift rotation systems previously in effect will be used. It is agreed that if, within the terms of this Agreement, a fifteen or less turn production shift is required, it shall be worked on a Monday to Friday basis. Before some other production shift system than that which is set out in Letter No. 15 is instituted, it must be negotiated and agreed to between the Company and the Union Negotiating/Grievance Committee, it is agreed that days off must be consecutive, and no single days off or split shifts will apply.
Production Scheduling. (a) Within thirty (30) days of the signing of this Agreement, Allendale shall provide to NPI a nonbinding written forecast of estimated quantities of Products that Allendale and its Affiliates anticipate ordering from NPI during the following eighteen (18) month period. Allendale shall update such forecast on a calendar quarter rolling basis (“Delivery Forecast”), for the eighteen (18) month period commencing ninety (90) days from each such update. Allendale shall place purchase orders for at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the quantity of Product specified in the first three (3) months of each Delivery Forecast (the “Firm Forecast”) and the remaining fifteen (15) months shall be a good faith estimate. Allendale shall place firm purchase orders for Product at least ninety (90) days prior to the requested date of delivery (each, a “Firm Purchase Order”); provided that, if requested by Allendale, NPI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Product at such earlier time as Allendale reasonably requests. Each Firm Purchase Order, signed by Allendale’s duly authorized representative, shall authorize NPI to manufacture such quantities of the Product as are set forth therein. Each Firm Purchase Order shall be deemed accepted upon acknowledgement of receipt, which shall occur within three (3) business days of NPI’s receipt of the purchase order, and NPI shall deliver Product in accordance with such Firm Purchase Order; provided, however, that if the quantity of Product set forth in a Firm Purchase Order exceeds 125% of the most recent Firm Forecast for Product for the month to which such Purchase Order relates, then NPI shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to supply the quantity of Product in excess of the Firm Forecasted amount in accordance with such Purchase Order, but shall not be deemed to have breached this Agreement if it cannot supply such excess Product. Allendale shall, at all times, maintain at least thirty (30) days inventory of all materials on hand at NPI. Allendale may not reject as non-conforming orders filled by the requested delivery date within 10% of the requested order quantity, provided that the Products otherwise meet the warranty set forth in Section 2.1(b) hereof. Production Scheduling. At least thirty (30) days prior to the start of each calendar quarter (the “First Quarter”) during the Supply Term, JDS or its designated agent shall, by written notice hereunder, deliver to NPI: (i) a Purchase Order, if an order is being placed, setting forth the Products to be purchased during the next succeeding calendar quarter (the “Second Quarter”) and the desired delivery date(s) (which date(s) shall be no more than once each month during the Second Quarter for each quantity so ordered; and (ii) a written forecast (the “Forecast”) of JDS’s expected requirements of Products and the presentation forms thereof for the next three (3) calendar quarters after the Second Quarter, together with the expected quantity and delivery date(s) for each quantity so forecast to be ordered during such quarters. JDS may not reject as non-conforming orders filled within 10% of the requested order quantity, provided that the Products are otherwise satisfactory.

Where the source material provided by the client takes the form of a typed manuscript, paperback or hardback book requiring OCR-to-text file conversion, the producer undertakes to produce and supply by email or CD-R within 28 days of receiving the source material a textual proof copy of the conversion, to allow the client to proof read and otherwise check the integrity of the conversion. The client undertakes to return the file with any corrections, amendments or other changes that may be required.
Production Scheduling. (a) Lead Times. Xxxx’x shall submit written orders for Products at least four (4) weeks prior to required packaging date. The Lion will package the Products within four (4) weeks of the receipt of such order, assuming all materials are on hand to produce one (1) week before production, and The Lion shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to ensure that all materials necessary to brew, produce, bottle and package the Products are on hand. This includes the materials that are the responsibility of Xxxx’x to have the same delivered to The Lion.
Production Scheduling. Commencing on the date hereof, Seller and Purchaser shall cooperate to adjust their respective production schedules in a commercially reasonable manner to accommodate a smooth transition of the Purchased Contracts from Seller to Purchaser on the Closing Date.
Production Scheduling a. Each month OFL will set a production schedule for the next month allocating production line time for each customer based on production needs and information provided by each customer in advance. Unless RMHB and OFL mutually agree upon a different procedure, RMHB will provide, on the 15th day of each month, a rolling schedule of production for the Products for the following three (3) months. The next immediate full month will be a firm commitment, while the remaining two months will be non-binding estimates.

(a) Company shall provide Manufacturer with its estimated 6-month rolling forecasts of Company's requirements for supply of the Products, divided into quarterly quantities and updated quarterly. Except for the first forecast which shall be delivered upon the execution and delivery of this Agreement, and which shall be through December 31, 2002, each such forecast will be for a 6-month period beginning on the first of a calendar year quarter and shall be due 30 days before commencement of the 6-month period to which it applies. The forecasts delivered hereunder are not firm commitments by Company to order or purchase the Products, but are provided only as a guide to assist Manufacturer in scheduling production.
