Production Package. 7.1 The Client may elect, in addition to the Fee, to purchase a Production Package that may be offered by MG Radio to the Client across all Sites that the Client may have, which will include an agreed fixed annual fee for a fixed number of Ads, Promotional Liners and Jingles per month across all of the Client’s Sites. Such election will be reflected in the Agreement and will endure for the term of the Agreement and in line with the Agreement;

Production Package. The Client understands and accepts that rates quoted are based on the overall package and that any modi昀椀cations to the package may result in rate adjustments. All equipment and service rates are for the entire duration of the event, including move-in, speci昀椀ed shows, and move-out.
Production Package. The usual and customary production insurance protecting against production hazards customarily covered, including but not limited to: (i) A production package inclusive of negative film/videotape (in an amount not less than the total net cost of the production); (ii) Faulty stock, camera and processing (not less than $100,000); (iii) Miscellaneous equipment (not less than $150,000) and if Panavision is used, than not less than $250,000; (iv) Props, sets and wardrobes (not less than $50,000); (v) Extra expense (not less than $100,000); (vi) Third party property damage liability (case custody and control - not less than $100,000). It is understood that depending on the particular production, Agency shall require higher limits when appropriate.

  • SAMPLE (i) Unless agreed otherwise, wheeled or track lay- ing equipment shall not be operated in areas identified as needing special measures except on roads, landings, tractor roads, or skid trails approved under B5.1 or B6.422. Purchaser may be required to backblade skid trails and other ground disturbed by Purchaser’s Opera- tions within such areas in lieu of cross ditching required under B6.6. Additional special protection measures needed to protect such known areas are identified in C6.24.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Billing Specifications 55.6.1 The Parties agree that billing requirements and outputs will be consistent with the Ordering & Billing Form (OBF) and also with Telcordia Technologies Billing Output Specifications (BOS).
