Common use of Production of Witnesses Clause in Contracts

Production of Witnesses. At all times from and after the Distribution Date, each Party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make available to the other Party (without cost other than reimbursement of actual out-of-pocket expenses to, and upon prior written request of, the other Party) its directors, officers, employees and agents as witnesses to the extent that the same may reasonably be required by the other Party in connection with any legal, administrative or other proceeding in which the requesting Party may from time to time be involved with respect to the Chaparral Business, the Retained Business or any transactions contemplated hereby.

Production of Witnesses. At all times from and after the Distribution DateEffective Time, each Party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make available to the other Party (without cost (other than reimbursement of actual out-of-pocket expenses expenses) to, and upon prior written request of, the other Party) its directors, officers, employees and agents as witnesses to the extent that the same may reasonably be required by the other Party in connection with any legal, administrative or other proceeding in which the requesting Party may from time to time be involved with respect to the Chaparral Halyard Business, the Retained Business or any transactions contemplated hereby.
