Production Fees. Production Fees. Licensee will pay a $15,000 production fee for the "The Service". Production of "The Service" will begin upon receipt of the $15,000 production fee. Upon completion of "The Service", and penetration to 665 subscribers, Licensee will receive $10,000 in a refund (this can be offset against the License Fee if requested by Licensee). $5,000 shall serve as a non-refundable production fee to construct "The Service."
