The 'Production Employees' clause defines the terms and conditions governing the employment of staff directly involved in the production process. Production Employees. The contractor shall employ only qualified personnel who are skilled in the performance of custodial work and shall screen all employees, requiring satisfactory references. Contractor’s personnel shall present a professional appearance and must properly display the contractor furnished identification indicating the name of the employee and contractor. The minimum uniform will consist of an outer garment with the company name located on the chest and company identification badge with the employee photo, name, and company name. Contractor employees shall be, neat, clean, well groomed, courteous, and conduct themselves in a respectable manner, in the performance of their duties while on Fort Bend County property. Fort Bend County shall be furnished with a list of personnel assigned to this contract. Contractor shall be responsible for keeping this personnel list up-to-date.
Production Employees. Reductions in force for production employees shall be by LOP, using job classification date of entry seniority. Employees in the lowest job classification in a LOP shall be reduced by Company seniority. Senior displaced employees in a permanent reduction in force will first be placed on available work. Any remaining senior displaced employees will exercise their seniority against junior employees in other departments and LOPs within the Utility Person classification, Labor Grade 1, on a Company-wide basis. Junior employees who are displaced in accordance with the aforementioned reduction in force procedures may be temporarily retained in their classification and shift until training has been completed so as not to adversely impact the Company’s manufacturing efficiency, quality of products or employee safety. The parties have agreed to Reduction in Force Guidelines and have recorded them in a separate document.
Production Employees. The Company expects that the normal pattern of annual leave will involve production employees taking three weeks annual leave (including the Christmas - New Year period) plus a separate period of one week, and another separate period of one week (for continuous seven day shift roster employees) later in the year.
Production Employees. During the Term the Bank shall retain all loan -------------------- origination and production employees and agents engaged in the Subprime Business ("Production Employees") under its direct employ. Production Employees shall be transferred to the Mortgage Company upon the expiration of the Term. During the Term, the Bank shall remain responsible for the payment of all wages and other benefits due such employees.

Production Employees. 7 Day Continuous Shiftwork The following provisions shall apply to production employees/operators who are employed under the Starch Manufacturers (State) Award.
(a) It is agreed that employees will perform work over a 7 day continuous shiftwork roster where four shifts of employees will work 12 hours each shift. Payment for work will be by way of an Annualised wage.
(b) Employees will ensure that the factory is at all times manned to meet the needs of the business.
(c) Employees will work overtime to maintain ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ levels to cover for all absences, including absences arising from sick leave, annual leave and training courses. The focus will always be to meet our customers needs. No additional monies will be paid for overtime.
(d) Each team shall meet every 4 weeks (Production teams on their day off) for 4 hours. All team meetings and any compulsory training will be scheduled for this 4 hour period. Employees will be required to attend unless they have a legitimate excuse.
(e) Call-ins" are part of and are covered by the Annualised wage and no additional monies will be paid for call-ins.
(f) Those employees who work on a public holiday will be entitled to a day off in lieu at a time agreeable to his/her team. Where a public holiday falls on a day an employee is not scheduled to work the employee will not get paid for the public holiday as the day will be treated the same as if the holiday were to fall on an unworked Saturday.
(g) Sick leave will be 84 hours for each 12 months of service and paid at the new Annualised wage on an hourly basis in accordance with the requirement of the Award.
(h) Annual leave will be 192 hours for each 12 months of service and paid at the new Annualised wage on an hourly basis in accordance with the requirements of the Award.
(i) There will be no RDO’s as the production operators will be working four shifts on and four shifts off.
(j) Anyone attending a training course, including training for another operating position, which falls on a day off will not be paid any additional wages as additional hours have been included in the Annualised Wage to cover these events. The parties specifically recognise that time spent by employees attending "Teams Training" courses is included in the Annualised Wage. Time spent on "Teams Training" courses will be capped at 2 days per annum.
(k) Details of the components and calculation of the Annualised wage are set out in "Schedule A" of the Agreement.

Production Employees. Company shall be entitled to conduct interviews and background checks on all Production Employees prior to their hire date by Company, in the same manner as Company might or could do in making any other employee hiring decision generally. All Production Employees will be hired as new employees of Company, and Company shall have no liability or responsibility for any obligation or liability related to any period of time prior to the time of such hiring. While Company will consider Employee recommendations regarding hiring, discipline and termination, all decisions to hire, terminate and discipline employees shall be made solely by Company and are solely within Company’s discretion. Employee shall, and shall cause Production Employees to, participate in training sessions as required by Company from time to time.
Production Employees. Employees generally work on a rotating roster system. Rosters may be varied by the Company providing the employee with more than 72 hours notice, or by agreement with the employee. Commencement times (and where possible finishing times) for employees will be posted on the Site no later than the Thursday prior to the roster’s commencement on the following Monday. The Parties agree to continue the mutually beneficial arrangements currently in place regarding the accommodation of employee requests for flexibility in taking leave. Afternoon shift - The commencement times for afternoon shift on the roster may vary by up to 2 hours each way during any one week’s roster. Commencement times, once rostered, may be varied by agreement between the Company and the employee. Where a variation results in an employee working outside the definition of afternoon shift in part two of this agreement, the employee will still receive a minimum of 15% afternoon shift loading on their ordinary rates for all ordinary hours worked on that shift. For example, if an employee who is rostered to work on afternoon shift commencing at 2pm and finishing at 10:30pm, works one day on a modified shift from 10:00am to 6:30pm, the employee will continue to be paid afternoon shift rates for that day.
