Product Warranty Terms. Subject to applicable law and compliance with the terms of this Limited Warranty, Honeywell warrants that all Products (excluding software) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the following periods or as set forth in a separate agreement between Honeywell and the original purchaser: Sixty (60) Months from Date of Manufacture • Hardwire contacts • Hardwire PIRs • 30 / 35 / 60 / 70 Ai Series IP Fixed, MFZ & PTZ Cameras • 30 / 35 Series eNVRs • MAXPRO/PW PE NVRs / workstations / VMS servers Thirty-six (36) Months from Date of Manufacture • ADPRO NVRs & accessories • 30 / 35 / 60 / 70 Ai Series accessories • MAXPRO XE / SE NVRs • PW7000 Series control panels and SIOs (PW7K1IC, PW7K1ICE, PW7K1R1, PW7K1R1E, PW7K1R2, PW7K1R2B, PW7K1IN, PW7K1OUT) • PW5K enclosures (XX0X0XXX0, PW5K2ENC2, PW5K1ENC3 and corresponding European units ending in E) but not including PW5K1ENC4 • PRO4200 Series control panels and SIOs (PRO42IC, PRO42R2, PRO42R2B, PRO42IN, PRO42OUT) • PRO22 enclosures (XXX00XXX0, PRO22ENC2, PRO22ENC3) not to include power supplies Twenty-four (24) Months from Date of Manufacture • Other intrusion sensors • 70 Series Aeron / Oculus IP PTZ Cameras & Accessories • MAXPRO hardened NVRs MAXPRO keyboards • All other keypad readers Twelve (12) Months from Date of Manufacture • PW7K power supplies • PW-5000 single reader enclosure • Mercury powered intelligent controllers (PWLP1501, PWLP2500, PWLP1502, PWLP4502, PWMR50-S3, PWMR62e, PWMR52-S3 and PWMR52- S3B) • MPA panels • Access control products generally, including ProWatch • All other Honeywell Security products, except credentials and keycards, which are not covered by this Warranty Ninety (90) Days from Date of Manufacture • Terminals, printers, communications materials and upgrade kits used in conjunction with access control products Limited Lifetime Warranty • OmniProx, OmniSmart, and OmniArch readers (the “Warranty Period(s)”). Notwithstanding the foregoing Warranty Periods, if the original purchaser is able to present an invoice to Honeywell for the Products covered by this Limited Warranty, Honeywell may, at its discretion, treat the Warranty Period as having commenced on the date of shipment to the original purchaser. Product Warranty Terms. Subject to compliance with this Section 7, Honeywell will replace or repair any product Honeywell provides under this Agreement that fails within the warranty period of one (1) year because of defective workmanship or materials, except to the extent the failure results from Customer negligence, fire, lightning, water damage, or any other cause beyond the control of Honeywell. This warranty is effective as of the date of C ustomer acceptance of the product or the date Customer begins beneficial use of the product, whichever occurs first, and shall terminate and expire one (1) year after such effective date. Honeywell’s sole obligation, and Customer’s sole remedy, under this warranty is repair or replacement, at Honeywell’s election, of the applicable defective products within the one (1) year warranty period. All products repaired or replaced, if any, are warranted only for the remaining and unexpired portion of the original one (1) year warranty period.
Product Warranty Terms. Supplier warrants that at the time of delivery Supplier manufactured products comply with the applicable Supplier specifications for such products and are free from material defects in workmanship and material for twelve (12) months after date of shipment (“Warranty Period”). Warranties for products manufactured by third parties will be assigned to Buyer (to the extent Supplier has the right to transfer). Supplier is not, and will not be, liable for defects attributable to: (a) noncompliance with Supplier’s instructions, (b) unauthorized alterations or repairs, (c) accident, contamination, abuse, or negligence, (d) damage caused by failure of any item or service not supplied by Supplier, or (e) normal wear and tear or maintenance. Supplier’s sole liability and Buyer’s exclusive remedy, which shall be determined in Supplier’s sole discretion, is limited to replacement or repair of the relevant Product(s) or a credit for the purchase price of the relevant Product, less depreciation. Products repaired or replaced and Services re-performed are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days (for Products) whichever is longer. Supplier has no obligation under this warranty unless Buyer maintains records that accurately document operating time, maintenance performed (approximate date and maintenance activity), and the nature of the unsatisfactory condition of Supplier’s Product. Upon Supplier’s request, Buyer will give Supplier access to these records for substantiating warranty claims.

  • On-Product Warnings The Settling Entity shall affix a warning to the label or otherwise directly on each unit of the Product provided through in-store retail outlets in California or sold online to consumers in California either directly or through its customers. For the purpose of this Settlement Agreement, “label” means a display of written, printed or graphic material that is printed on or affixed to a Product or its immediate container. The entire warning shall appear in a type size of at least 6-point type and no smaller than the largest type size used for other consumer information on the product. The warning language shall consist of either the Warning, or the Short-Form Warning described above in subsection 2.3(a) or (b), respectively, and be consistent with 2.3(c) above if it applies.
