Product Storage. Baxter will store Product at its facility after Product has been Released for up to thirty (30) calendar days free of charge. After thirty (30) calendar days from the Product Release, Baxter may charge storage fees as set forth in the Product Master Plan.

Product Storage. For and in consideration of the rates and fees to be paid by Suburban to Plains as provided herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Plains hereby agrees to lease storage space at its underground storage facility situated in Xxxxxx, South Carolina, for the storage of up to the applicable Lease Volume. Upon the Closing of the Transaction, Plains represents and warrants that it has full right, power and authority to extend and deliver the storage services described in this Agreement. Each of the parties hereto represents and warrants that it has full power and authority to make, enter into and perform its obligations under this Agreement.
Product Storage. Each Party shall properly store Orion Product under conditions that will not adversely affect the quality or normal shelf life thereof.
Product Storage. MOLECULAR MEDICINE agrees to hold SPONSOR’s Product for up to 90 days after MOLECULAR MEDICINE’s notice to SPONSOR of Project Completion. Product held at MOLECULAR MEDICINE beyond the first 90 days from receipt of Notice by SPONSOR of Project Completion shall be subject to MOLECULAR MEDICINE’s then current Standard Terms and Conditions of Storage and its standard group storage fees.
Product Storage. Before delivery to CPP, Product will be stored under conditions set out in the Specifications. Sanofi-aventis shall be responsible for establishment and maintenance of an environmental monitoring program to assure adherence to such specified storage conditions. In the event of an environmental outage, Sanofi-aventis shall notify CPP of the outage within five (5) Business Days of becoming aware of the event. Documentation of the outage and subsequent investigation will be made available to CPP upon request.
Product Storage. BAXTER shall store Product free of charge for [***] ([***]) calendar days after AMYLIN’s acceptance of Product pursuant to Article 7 (the “Storage Period”). Following the Storage Period, BAXTER may continue to store Product at BAXTER for an additional period of not more than [***] ([***]) months (the “Additional Storage Period”) or at a third party facility in accordance with the terms of Section 3.7.4. AMYLIN shall reimburse BAXTER for all costs incurred in connection with such storage beyond the Storage Period pursuant to Exhibit B. If AMYLIN fails to provide approval of a third party storage facility, pursuant to Section 3.7.4, within the Additional Storage Period, AMYLIN shall take possession of the Product at such time by providing BAXTER with shipping instructions.
Product Storage. Distributor shall store Product in facilities and environmental conditions appropriate for medical devices and which meet the requirements specified on the product labeling.
Product Storage. In the event Buyer desires Seller to store the Product at Seller’s storage facility, Buyer shall pay Seller a set price of $5.00 per IBC Container or Pallet per month, as a monthly storage fee, unless large volume discounts are applied. These fees are payable on the 1st of each calendar month. The monthly storage fee for the Product is identified in Exhibit ‘A’. A penalty of 10% of rental due shall apply per day to all storage fees not paid by the tenth (10th) day of each calendar month. In the event Buyer desires Seller to store the Product as contemplated in this paragraph 4, Buyer shall have the right at any time to access a whole container of Buyer’s Product, and/or request Seller ship a whole container of Buyer’s Product, to a location as identified by Buyer in writing. Buyer shall not have the right to access, or have shipped, any amount less than a whole container or full Pallet of any of Buyer’s Product being stored by Seller.
Product Storage. Baxter will store Product free of charge for up to [* * *] after Xxxxxx’x release (the “Storage Period”). After the Storage Period, if Baxter agrees to store Product longer, then Baxter may charge the storage fees as set forth in the Project Plan.
