Product Schedules. 2.1. The Parties shall enter into a Product Schedule for the supply of each Product they wish to be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each of which shall be attached hereto as part of Exhibit 1.

A Product Schedule covering purchases of Products by Motorola for inclusion in Motorola’s broadband set-top boxes is attached as Product Schedule #1 to this Agreement and in addition Product Schedules covering purchases of other Products are attached hereto as Product Schedule 2 and Product Schedule 3.

Product Schedules. 6.1 The Parties agree to conclude a separate Product Schedule for each Product which shall be governed by the general conditions of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed specifically in the relevant Product Schedule. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which SUPPLIER shall Supply, and under which CUSTOMER shall purchase Products pursuant to the applicable Product Schedules.
