Product Schedule. As required in individual Specification Sections, prepare a written summary indicating types of products required for the Work and their intended location. Include the following information in tabular form:
Product Schedule. 3.1 The parties may from time to time agree a Product Schedule applicable only to the Product(s) to be licensed under that Product Schedule (unless otherwise expressly provided). The parties agree that Products shall be licensed and supplied in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and in particular the applicable Product Schedule.
Product Schedule. Where Supplier wishes to supply, and JDSU wishes to purchase, a Product pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the parties shall complete and sign a document substantially in the form shown as Exhibit G (Product Schedule) for that Product. Upon the effective date of such Product Schedule, the supply and purchase of such Product shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement until removal of such Product from this Agreement in accordance with its terms or upon the expiry or earlier termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms. Product Schedule to the SUPPLY AGREEMENT dated 4th day of April 2011 (“the Supply Agreement”), entered into between:
Product Schedule. 4.1 Subject to adjustments in production and delivery schedule pursuant to Sections 6.3 and 12.5 of this Agreement, Solectron shall manufacture Products for Customer in accordance with the production schedule to be agreed on in writing by the parties no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date (the “Production Schedule”). Subject to Solectron’s right to adjust the product and delivery schedule in accordance with Sections 6.3 and 12.5 hereof, the Production Schedule set forth in Schedule 4. shall be modified only by a writing signed by both Customer and Solectron.
Product Schedule. Each individual Product Schedule shall include a period of performance. In the event that any Product Schedule period of performance extends beyond the Term, the Term shall automatically be extended and remain in effect until such time as the Product Schedule period of performance is completed.

Product Schedule. “Product Schedule” means a schedule, as amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties, that (i) references this Agreement and is executed by the parties hereto, (ii) sets forth information relating to a Product to be manufactured for Buyer pursuant to this Agreement and applicable Orders, and (iii) is attached to this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference.
Product Schedule. The Products and terms that may be presented in Marketing Events shall be as set forth in the Product Schedule which is more fully described in the attached Exhibit C. The Product Schedule shall at a minimum include the following information: (a) the suggested retail price for each of the Products; (b) the price at which Seller desires to sell to Consumers sourced through the Gilt Groupe Marketing Channel; (c) the price at which Seller desires to sell to Agent employees; (d) the quantities of Product available for marketing by Agent and (e) Seller’s tax nexus profile (i.e., the state and local jurisdictions in which Seller is required to collect such taxes) (“Tax Nexus Profile”). The Product Schedule may be updated or modified upon mutual written agreement of the Parties. The Seller has sole responsibility for setting the price of the Products, and must provide written notice to Agent of any changes not less than 30 days in advance of the change. Agent reserves the right to terminate the Agreement, effective immediately, if, in Agent’s sole opinion, the price of the Products as dictated by Seller is not appropriate for the Gilt Groupe Marketing Channel. Agent and Shipper will work with Seller to ensure that the correct quantities of available product are uploaded to inventory prior to the commencement of a Marketing Event. Product Schedules will be uploaded at least 2 business days before a Marketing Event is scheduled to go live.
Product Schedule. TrustLogo 1 Definitions used in this Schedule 'TrustLogo' means the service produced pursuant to the service described in this Schedule and means the service provided by Comodo which is used to retrieve and verify TrustLogo Credentials by IdAuthority Enabled Applications and Services and display certain information from the TrustLogo 'IdAuthority Enabled Applications & Services' means the applications and services developed by Xxxxxx and its authorised development partners which utilise the TrustLogo service 'Warranty Level' means the total value of insurance offered with this product and is displayed within the TrustLogo credentials popup windows accessed through the user's browser by hovering the mouse over, or clicking the TrustLogo
