Product Research. Associate Member may browse products available for purchase and, if a suitable product is identified, Associate Member may enter into a Purchase Agreement directly with Vendor for that product. If a suitable product is not identified, Associate Members are free to solicit proposals and negotiate directly with a vendor not subject to a Master Agreement with the Ed Tech JPA.
