FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES You agree to pay Us any applicable fees or charges, and are responsible for any minimum balance requirements and deposit requirements called for in Our Agreements and Disclosures provided to You when You opened Your Account. In any case and with proper notice to You, fees, charges, balance requirements and deposit requirements may be changed by Us from time to time.
Prices and Services Billing 8.1 SCHEDULE OF PRICES AND TERMS Competitive Supplier agrees to provide Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply and other related services as expressly set forth herein in accordance with the prices and terms included in EXHIBIT A to this ESA, which exhibit is hereby incorporated by reference into this ESA.
Invoice System The Contractor shall submit invoices using State Form A-19 Invoice Voucher, or such other form as designated by DSHS. Consideration for services rendered shall be payable upon receipt of properly completed invoices which shall be submitted to by the Contractor not more often than monthly. The invoices shall describe and document to DSHS’ satisfaction a description of the work performed, activities accomplished, the progress of the project, and fees. The rates shall be in accordance with those set forth in Section 4, Consideration, of this Contract.
Contract Pricing Contractor is required to post a copy of the complete Contract pricelist, in Excel AND PDF format, on their website.
Service Charges No service charge shall be made for any exchange or registration of transfer of Warrants.
Specification and Service Levels The Specification sets out the Services that the Contractor has undertaken to provide. The Specification includes Service Levels setting out particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet.
Billing and Charges You agree to pay, in accordance with the provisions of the Service plan you selected, any registration, activation or monthly fees (including, without limitation, any applicable discounts), service charges, minimum charges and other amounts charged to or incurred by you, or by users of your account, at the rates in effect at the start of the billing period in which those amounts are charged or incurred. You agree to pay all applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges related to your use of the Service, provision of services, software or hardware or the use of the Service by users of your account. Information on our charges and surcharges may be made available to you on xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. We will send your billing statements to the email address you provide to us, and you agree that this is sufficient notice for all purposes as to charges incurred and paid or to be paid to us. You understand and agree that you will not receive a paper statement in the mail. Additional terms relating to pricing, billing, and payment which are an integral part of this Agreement are contained in your Service plan details. Viasat reserves the right to correct and charge under-billed or unbilled amounts for a period of 90 days after (i) any incorrect statement was issued or (ii) a statement should have been issued. Payment of the outstanding balance is due in full each month.
CONTRACT CHARGES The Contract Charges for the Services shall be structured using any of the following pricing mechanisms (as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in an SOW); Capped Time and Materials; Price per Story; Time and Materials; Fixed Price (to be used only for Services that are ancillary to software development services); or using such other pricing mechanism or combination of pricing mechanism thereof as may be agreed by the Parties. In consideration of the Supplier’s performance of its obligations under this Contract and in consideration of the specific services that are set out in an applicable SOW, the Customer shall pay the undisputed Contract Charges in accordance with the relevant SOW for the Release and the payment provisions set out at Clause 14 (Payment and VAT). The Customer shall, in addition to the Contract Charges and following delivery by the Supplier of an Invoice, pay the Supplier a sum equal to the VAT chargeable on the value of the Services supplied in accordance with this Contract. If at any time during this Contract Period the Supplier reduces its framework Prices for any Services which are provided under the framework Agreement (whether or not such Services are offered in a catalogue (if any) which is provided under the framework Agreement) in accordance with the terms of the framework Agreement, the Supplier shall immediately reduce the Contract Charges for such Services under this Contract by the same amount. The Supplier shall in any event ensure that the Contract Charges are at all times compliant and consistent with the charging structure set out in framework Schedule 8 (Charging Structure) and do not exceed the prices set out therein. Service Schedule The Agency shall provide Services in accordance with the times and days of the week set forth in the Scope of Service (Attachment “A”), unless otherwise approved by the Recipient in writing. In addition, a method for providing 24-hour on-call access shall be published and made accessible to the Consumers and other Service providers.
Billing Specifications 55.6.1 The Parties agree that billing requirements and outputs will be consistent with the Ordering & Billing Form (OBF) and also with Telcordia Technologies Billing Output Specifications (BOS).
