PRODUCT LIST. You will create, maintain and update a list of all products under support including: the location of the products, serial numbers, the HP-designated system identifiers, and coverage levels.
PRODUCT LIST. An EXACT product list is listed in Exhibit “A” which is incorporated by this reference. This will allow the Riverboat Days Board of Directors to limit product duplication among the food vendors. No changes or alterations in product list will be allowed without permission from the Riverboat Days Board of Directors. No vendor will be allowed to sell anything in a glass, container.

PRODUCT LIST. The Contractor is required to provide and maintain a Product list with a minimum of 10,000 Products throughout the life of the Contract. The Product list will serve as the Contractor’s catalog and prices for the first year of the contract. At a minimum, the Product list shall include the following: Product Category, Product Description, Brand Name or Generic Product, UPC, GTIN (if available), Manufacturer Name, Manufacturer Number, SKU/Item Number, Unit of Measure, X.X. Xxxxxxxx Price or MSRP, MSRP % discount and final sell price to the Customer. Each Product Category must be listed on a separate tab. Ex: Office Supplies on Tab 1, Toner on Tab 2, etc. Where there is no X.X. Xxxxxxxx’ or other wholesaler’s price available, the MSRP shall be listed. If the Product is a Generic Product, then the Contractor is considered the Product manufacturer and their established, reasonable price shall be listed.

Respondents are required to submit with their response an electronic copy of their complete Product list, providing a minimum of 10,000 Products that they intend to provide Customers under the awarded contract. This Product list will not be used in the evaluation of the Respondents’ Proposal. The Product list will serve as the Contractor’s catalog and prices for the first year of the awarded contract. The Product list must include Quarter 3 2016 X.X. Xxxxxxxx’ price for Products. Where there is no X.X. Xxxxxxxx’ price available, the MSRP shall be listed. If the Product is a Generic Product, then the Respondent is considered the Product manufacturer and their established, reasonable price shall be listed. PRODUCT LIST. Respondent shall submit one (1) Product List form (Section 7.6). The Product List Form is a listing of product categories available in this Contract. A category listing, and a listing of Contractors providing those products, will be made available as a reference aid to Customers. The Product List form shall be submitted to the Department electronically using the MyFloridaMarketPlace Sourcing Tool, per Section 3.9.1 of the solicitation. Failure to provide the Product List form by the date and time specified in Section 1.2, Timeline may result in the Respondent being deemed non-responsive.
PRODUCT LIST. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, AB will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver to Celera or Distributor, as ordered by Celera pursuant to this Agreement, the Products listed on and further described in Exhibits A.1 and A.2, at prices to be determined by the Parties prior to the Effective Date based on historical prices, and Exhibit B, attached hereto.

PRODUCT LIST. Vert represents that Exhibit A, in the form initially attached to this Agreement, is a reasonably complete and correct list of all Products existing as of the Effective Date.
PRODUCT LIST. Exhibit A attached hereto sets forth the Products under this Agreement. As the Effective Date only the Initial Product is listed on Exhibit A. As other Products become subject to this Agreement as provided above, Exhibit A shall be updated by including such Products.
