Product Identification and Traceability. Developer shall establish and maintain documented procedures for identifying the product by suitable means from receipt and during all stages of production, delivery, and installation. Developer shall establish and maintain documented procedures whereby items of work for which records are to be kept shall be identifiable. Developer shall include document title, unique number, IFA's name, Developer's name, the preparer's name, and the date and revision number on all East End Crossing Submittals. The filing and retrieval of operating manuals, certificates of compliance and, as applicable, analysis, heat numbers, inspection status, and nonconforming product shall be traceable to the items. Records shall be kept that identify the installed location of the equipment.
