Product Documentation. You should review the policy documents carefully to ensure they accurately reflect the cover, conditions, limits, and other terms that you require. Particular attention should be paid to policy conditions and warranties as failure to comply with these could invalidate your policy. It is important that you retain and keep safely all documents associated with your policy so that you can refer to them in the event of a claim.
Product Documentation. Supplier shall produce and deliver to Sony Ericsson Product Documentation fulfilling the requirements set out in templates included in Enclosure 2.3.

To the extent that the HTI Telematics Communicator is described in vehicle manuals provided to purchasers or lessees of Enabled Vehicles, DCC shall include therein such notices, warnings and disclaimers related to the HTI Telematics Communicators, the Telematics Services and any Other Telematics Services as HTI determines are advisable to include therein and which are acceptable to DCC after good faith consideration. Alternatively, if DCC refuses to include in any such vehicle manual any notice, warning or disclaimer related to the HTI Telematics Communicators and the Telematics Services as HTI determines is advisable to include therein, DCC shall include, or cause to be included, in each Enabled Vehicle at its assembly plant an instruction manual with respect to the HTI Telematics Communicator, the Telematics Services and any Other Telematics Services, ***, containing, among other things, all such notices, warnings or disclaimers related to the HTI Telematics Communicator, the Telematics Services and the Other Telematics Services that HTI desires to be included in such manual. ***.
Product Documentation. All product documentation, manuals, and specifications must be provided at the request of Participating States for no additional cost.

CUSTOMER agrees to provide to WESTWAY all information, documents, including current Material Safety Data Sheets for each Product, labels, placards, retained sample containers and other materials and data which are required by Federal or State statutes, ordinances, rules or regulations ("Regulations") relating to the Products stored under this Agreement and applicable Schedules. CUSTOMER further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WESTWAY, and WESTWAY's agents, employees, officers and directors, from and against any fines, penalties, loss, damage or expense, including without limitation, reasonable legal fees, resulting from CUSTOMER's failure to provide or to make available to WESTWAY any information, documents, sample containers and materials as required by such Regulations, provided, however, that WESTWAY acted prudently in the face of such failure by CUSTOMER.
Product Documentation. Subject to Section 6.1, Alvogen shall control the content and type of, and procurement of, at its own expense, all Product Documentation (and any changes or supplements thereto) for Product in the Territory.

HTI shall continue to provide to MBUSA any additional or different text, information, notices, warnings and disclaimers that HTI determines are so required or advisable during the Term. ***. Alternatively, if MBUSA refuses to include in any such vehicle manual any text, information, notice, warning or disclaimer related to the HTI Telematics Communicators, the HTI Operational System, the Telematics Services or the Approved Other Telematics Services, as HTI determines is advisable to include therein, MBUSA shall ***, include in each Enabled Vehicle and LCT Enabled Vehicle a separate instruction manual with respect to the HTI Telematics Communicator, the HTI Operational System, the Telematics Services and/or any Approved Other Telematics Services, containing, among other things, all such text, information, notices, warnings or disclaimers related to the HTI Telematics Communicators, the Telematics Services and/or the Approved Other Telematics Services that HTI desires to be included in such manual. HTI and MBUSA shall, and DAG shall secure the agreement of the manufacturer or supplier of Other Telematics Communicators or LCT Communicators to, cooperate in good faith in taking actions equivalent to those described in this Section 4(h) with respect to Enabled Vehicles and LCT Enabled Vehicles containing Other Telematics Communicators and LCT Communicators, respectively, as relates to such Other Telematics Communicators or LCT Communicators.

Product Documentation. Upon request Vendor will supply Division and Purchasers with written documentation, including certifications, operator manuals, safety marks, and the like for Products on or prior to a purchase or installation.
Product Documentation. Supplier shall furnish, at no charge, product documentation, and any succeeding changes thereto, as described in the Technical Specification. Company may use, reproduce, reformat, modify and distribute such product documentation. Company shall reproduce Supplier's copyright notice contained in any documentation reproduced without change by Company. For documentation which is reformatted or modified by Company, Company shall have the right to place only Company's own copyright notice on the reformatted or modified documentation. It is the intent of the parties that Company's copyright notice shall be interpreted to protect the underlying copyright rights of Supplier to the documentation to the extent such underlying rights are owned by Supplier.
