Product Design. The first class of Contracts shall contain the features indicated in SCHEDULE 5 and Sections 2.5 and 2.6, provided that such features are not inconsistent with the features described in the initial Registration Statement filed with the SEC and declared effective on or prior to the Effective Date and as provided in the Contract filed as an exhibit thereto. Security Benefit and Investment Services shall consult in good faith with each other in connection with the development of any subsequent class of Contract with respect to the parameters set forth in Sections 2.5 and 2.6, and the desired features and benefits for each class of Contracts.
