Common use of Product Claims Clause in Contracts

Product Claims. No product liability claim is pending, or to the best -------------- knowledge of the Shareholders or the Company, threatened, against the Company or against any other party with respect to the products of the Company's business. Schedule 3.20 lists all service and product liability claims seeking damages in excess of $1,000 asserted against the Company (or in respect of which any member of the Seller Group has received notice) with respect to the products of the Company's business or the Company during the last five (5) years. Claims not listed on Schedule 3.20 do not aggregate more than $10,000.
