Common use of Product and Service Offerings Clause in Contracts

Product and Service Offerings. Products available under this Contract are set forth in Section 5 of this solicitation. These offerings may be updated during the Contract term to incorporate new Product and Service offerings, price revisions, and to discontinue items no longer offered by Contractor. Offering updates must be submitted as outlined in Sections 5.18 and 5.19 of this solicitation.
