Product Additions and Deletions. The Section 3.4 Product Additions and Deletions is hereby added to the Master Contract as follows:
Product Additions and Deletions. Contractor may request to add or delete Products and Services from the price list to implement new technology solutions by sending an updated price list to the Master Contract Administrator for approval. Contractor may request to add new Products and Services to the Master Contract that are commercially available and fall within the original scope and intent of the Master Contract. Contractor may request to delete Products and Services from the Master Contract that are no longer available on Contractor's commercial price list and not in use by any Purchaser from the Master Contract. All requested additions and deletions shall be clearly identified and include the business justification and supporting documentation.
Product Additions and Deletions. During the Contract Period of Agreement, Section 5.2, the Department shall have the right to add or delete Products to this agreement. Any new Products added shall meet the requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions herein, and at mutually agreed upon pricing, accepted in writing, by both the contractor and the Department. Products may be removed at the sole discretion of the Department, per the requirements, terms, and conditions herein and/or as permitted by Florida Statute or Florida Administrative Code.
Product Additions and Deletions. Any discounts offered under this Contract shall be applied against the publisher’s price list or catalog in effect on the date the order is received. It is understood that changes to the product list may occur daily, weekly or monthly as new titles are released by publishers. Changes in products do not require prior approval by the State. The Contractor is urged to offer additional discounts for larger orders in the space provided on the price sheet (Attachment A, range percentage Price Sheet) and shall detail any other consideration that may affect the discount.
Product Additions and Deletions. With the best interest of the state in mind. Each vendor shall submit a percentage discount to be deducted from its effective catalog and/or descriptive price list. Submissions should reflect the best pricing offered on state contract. Discount can be in a fixed or variable range dependent upon the scope of service. The contractor is urged to offer additional discounts for larger orders in the space provided on the price sheet and shall detail any other consideration that may affect the discount.

During the Contract Period of Agreement, Section 5.2, the Department shall have the right to add or delete Products (Manufacturer / Brand Names) to or from this agreement by adding them to or removing them from the Price Sheet & Ordering Instructions, Section 7.1. Any new Products (Manufacturer / Brand Names) added will be at the requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions herein or as later stipulated by the Department, and at mutually agreed pricing and discounts accepted, in writing, by both the Contractor and the Department. Products (Manufacturer / Brand Names) may be removed at the sole discretion of the Department, per the requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions herein and / or as permitted by Florida Statutes or Florida Administrative Code.

Exhibit E - Chassis: Contractor may request to add Chassis models to, and delete Chassis models from Exhibit E - Chassis by sending an updated Exhibit E - Chassis to the Master Contract Administrator for approval. Chassis Models added to the Master Contract must be commercially available at the time they are added to the Master Contract and fall within the original scope and intent of the Master Contract. Contractor may delete Chassis Models no longer available for purchase from Chassis Manufacturers. Contractor shall notify any Purchaser with pending orders, the reason for a Chassis Model deletion. Contractor shall maintain service obligations for deleted Chassis Models as defined in Exhibit A- Included Goods/Services. All requested additions and deletions shall be clearly identified and include the business justification and supporting documentation. • MSRP CATALOG IN EXHIBIT B - PRICES: Contractor may request to add products to, and delete products from the MSRP Catalog in Exhibit B by sending an updated MSRP Catalog to the Master Contract Administrator for approval. Products added to the Master Contract must be commercially available at the time they are added and fall within the original scope and intent of the Master Contract. Contractor may delete products no longer available for purchase with Catch Basin Cleaners and Jet Rodder Trucks Manufacturers. Contractor shall notify any Purchaser with pending orders, the reason for a product deletion in MSRP Catalog. Contractor shall maintain service obligations for deleted products as defined in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services. Changes in MSRP Catalog may be updated annually on the anniversary of this Master Contract beginning twelve (12) months after the effective date of this Master Contract and for every annual anniversary thereafter. All requested additions and deletions shall be clearly identified and include the business justification and supporting documentation.
