Product Additions and Deletions. Contractor may request to add or delete Products and Services from the price list to implement new technology solutions by sending an updated price list to the Master Contract Administrator for approval. Contractor may request to add new Products and Services to the Master Contract that are commercially available and fall within the original scope and intent of the Master Contract. Contractor may request to delete Products and Services from the Master Contract that are no longer available on Contractor's commercial price list and not in use by any Purchaser from the Master Contract. All requested additions and deletions shall be clearly identified and include the business justification and supporting documentation.
Product Additions and Deletions. During the Contract Period of Agreement, Section 5.2, the Department shall have the right to add or delete Products to this agreement. Any new Products added shall meet the requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions herein, and at mutually agreed upon pricing, accepted in writing, by both the contractor and the Department. Products may be removed at the sole discretion of the Department, per the requirements, terms, and conditions herein and/or as permitted by Florida Statute or Florida Administrative Code.

It is understood that changes to the product list may occur daily, weekly or monthly as new titles are released by publishers. Changes in products do not require prior approval by the State. Chassis Models added to the Master Contract must be commercially available at the time they are added to the Master Contract and fall within the original scope and intent of the Master Contract. Contractor may delete Chassis Models no longer available for purchase from Chassis Manufacturers. Contractor shall notify any Purchaser with pending orders, the reason for a Chassis Model deletion. Contractor shall maintain service obligations for deleted Chassis Models as defined in Exhibit A- Included Goods/Services. All requested additions and deletions shall be clearly identified and include the business justification and supporting documentation. • MSRP CATALOG IN EXHIBIT B - PRICES: Contractor may request to add products to, and delete products from the MSRP Catalog in Exhibit B by sending an updated MSRP Catalog to the Master Contract Administrator for approval. Contractor shall maintain service obligations for deleted products as defined in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services. Changes in MSRP Catalog may be updated annually on the anniversary of this Master Contract beginning twelve (12) months after the effective date of this Master Contract and for every annual anniversary thereafter. All requested additions and deletions shall be clearly identified and include the business justification and supporting documentation.
