Product Addendum. Viasat will provide the Service(s) to you that you have selected to purchase. Viasat will provide you with a quote and/or an email communication confirming the Services you have selected (collectively “Customer Quote"). Depending on the Services you have selected to purchase, the following Product Addendum(s) will apply to you (individually, a “Product Addendum,” collectively, the “Product Addendums”). Each Product Addendum governs your use of that aspect of the Service in addition to this Agreement and the applicable Product Addendums are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. The following Product Addendums apply to the corresponding Service:

The following Product Addendums apply to the corresponding Service:
Product Addendum. “Product Addendum” shall mean each product addendum attached to ANNEX 1 and incorporated herein by reference, stating each Product to be manufactured and supplied hereunder, and including further information as provided in Section 2.2.

A Product Addendum for the Whole Cell Product shall be approved by the Steering Committee and attached hereto as Schedule C. The terms of a Product Addendum may be varied or amended only in accordance with the terms of the Collaboration Agreement applicable to variations or amendments to the Collaboration and Development Plan.
Product Addendum. LEXUS hereby grants DEALER the non-exclusive right to buy and resell the LEXUS Motor Vehicles as defined in the LEXUS Dealer Agreement and identified below: GS 300 ES 300 LS 400 SC 300 SC 400 and all Genuine Lexus Parts and Accessories for such vehicles. This LEXUS Product Addendum shall remain in effect unless and until superseded by a new LEXUS Product Addendum furnished DEALER by DISTRIBUTOR.
Product Addendum. This PRODUCT ADDENDUM (“Product Addendum”) to the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement dated July 7, 2009 between Pfizer Inc. and Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Master Agreement”) is entered into as of July 7, 2009 (the “Product Addendum Effective Date”) by and between Pharmacia & Upjohn Company LLC, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Delaware having an address of 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 XXX (“Company”) and Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Delaware having an address of 00000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 (“Purchaser”). The Parties agree that the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement are incorporated herein as if fully set forth herein. Each of Company and Purchaser agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement and makes the representations and warranties set forth in the Master Agreement expressed to be made by Company or Purchaser, as the case may be. All capitalized terms used in this Product Addendum and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Master Agreement. For clarity, the terms “Company” and “Purchaser” shall, with respect to this Product Addendum, have the meanings set forth in the preamble above. The Parties further agree as follows:
