Common use of Procurement Requirements Clause in Contracts

Procurement Requirements. The Contractor shall procure all materials, property, supplies, or services in accordance with the requirements in the Basic Terms and Conditions Agreement.

The Contractor shall procure adhere to the following procurement requirements when obtaining any and all materialsgoods and services including, propertybut not limited to, training supplies, or equipment, rental agreements, construction, maintenance, professional and consultant services, necessary to perform the services in accordance with and obligations of the requirements in the Basic Terms and Conditions AgreementContractor pursuant to this Contract.
