Processing of personal data by the beneficiary. The beneficiary must process personal data under the Agreement in compliance with applicable EU and national law on data protection (including authorisations or notification requirements). The beneficiary may grant its personnel access only to data that is strictly necessary for implementing, managing and monitoring the Agreement. The beneficiary must inform the personnel whose personal data are collected and processed by the Agency or the Commission. For this purpose, it must provide them with the service specific privacy statement(s) (SSPS) (see above), before transmitting their data to the Agency or the Commission.

Processing of personal data by the beneficiary. The beneficiary must process personal data under the Agreement in compliance with applicable EU and national law on data protection (including authorisations or notification requirements). The beneficiary may grant its personnel access only to data that is strictly necessary for implementing, managing and monitoring the Agreement. The beneficiary must ensure that the personnel authorised to process personal data has committed itself to confidentiality or is under appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality. The beneficiary must adopt appropriate technical and organisational security measures having regard to the risks inherent in the processing and to the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing of the personal data concerned.   • Processing of Personal Data (a) SORACOM collects and processes personal data about the Subscriber, including name, e-mail, IP-address as well as data on data uses and billing data in order to provide SORACOM’s service and other purposes such as billing.

  • Collection of Personal Information 10.1 The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the fact that the Company is collecting the Subscriber's personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Subscription Agreement and completing the Offering.   • Correction of Personal Information 8. Within 5 business days of receiving a written direction from the Public Body to correct or annotate any personal information, the Contractor must annotate or correct the information in accordance with the direction.
