PROCESSING OF ORDERS. Upon acceptance of any Order, unless otherwise directed by Buyer, XXXX shall, if the Spare Parts are in stock, proceed immediately to prepare the Spare Parts for shipment to Buyer. If XXXX does not have the Spare Parts in stock, XXXX shall proceed immediately to acquire or manufacture the Spare Parts. Purchase order status and actions related to the shipment of Spare Parts shall be generally consistent with the provisions of the World Airline Suppliers Guide and the applicable portions of ATA Specification 2000, as applicable to Buyer.
