Common use of Processing Fee Clause in Contracts

Processing Fee. Customer agrees to pay Purchaser the Processing Fee listed under the “KEY TERMS” section of this Agreement to reimburse Purchaser for expenses incurred in processing Customer’s application, providing toll-free access to customer service representatives, filing and terminating UCC financing statement(s) against Customer, and paying fees (if applicable) to any other persons for referring Customer to Purchaser and assisting with the origination of the sale of the Future Receipts. Purchaser will deduct the amount of the Processing Fee from the Purchase Price that is to be paid to Customer.

Processing Fee. Customer Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay Purchaser the Processing Fee listed under on the “KEY TERMS” section first page of this Agreement to reimburse Purchaser for expenses incurred in processing CustomerMerchant’s application, providing toll-free access to customer service representatives, filing and terminating UCC financing statement(s) against Customer, Merchant and paying fees (if applicable) to that Purchaser pays any other persons person for referring Customer Merchant to Purchaser and assisting with the origination of the sale of the Future Receipts. Purchaser will deduct the amount of the Processing Fee from the Purchase Price that is to be paid to CustomerMerchant.
