Common use of Process Agents Clause in Contracts

Process Agents. 13.01 The Vendor hereby appoints its company secretary c/x Xxxxx 0000-00, Xxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, 8 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx (or such other person, being resident or incorporated in Hong Kong, as it may by notice to the other party hereto substitute) to accept service of all legal process arising out of or connected with this Supplemental Agreement and direct such service to Unit C, 17th Floor, Edificio Comercial Rxxxxxxxx, 500 Xx Xxxxxxx Xx Xxxxx Grande, Macao and service on Mx. Xxx Xxxxx (or such substitute) shall be deemed to be service on the Vendor.
