Common use of Proceeds of Sale Clause in Contracts

Proceeds of Sale. The proceeds of any sale of gold shall be paid to me/us on the same Business Day as execution of the sale order by way of cash in Malaysian Ringgit directly or by crediting to my/our current or savings account in Malaysian Ringgit with the Bank designated by me/us.

Proceeds of Sale. 11.1 The proceeds of any sale of gold shall be paid to me/us in Ringgit Malaysia by way of direct credit into my/our Designated Affiliate Account on the same Business Day business day as the execution of the order for sale order by way of cash in Malaysian Ringgit directly or by crediting to my/our current or savings account in Malaysian Ringgit with the Bank designated by me/ushas been made.
