Common use of Proceedings of CAR Clause in Contracts

Proceedings of CAR. The Bank shall have received a copy (in form ------------------ and substance satisfactory to the Bank) of the resolutions of CAR, certified by a Responsible Officer of CAR on the date of the making of the initial advance hereunder, authorizing CAR's execution, delivery and performance of the Loan Documents to which it is a party. Such certificate shall state that the resolutions set forth therein have not been amended, modified, revoked or rescinded as of the date of such certificate.
