Common use of Proceedings and Documents Clause in Contracts

Proceedings and Documents. All corporate and other proceedings in connection with the transactions contemplated at the Initial Closing hereby and all documents and instruments incident to such transactions shall be reasonably satisfactory in substance and form to the Purchaser and its counsel, and the Purchaser and its counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as they may reasonably request.

Proceedings and Documents. All corporate and other proceedings in connection with the transactions contemplated at the Initial Closing hereby and all documents and instruments incident to such transactions shall be reasonably satisfactory in substance and form to the Purchaser and its counsel, and the Purchaser and its counsel Purchaser. The Company shall have received all such counterpart originals delivered (or certified or other copies of such documents as they may reasonably requestcaused to have been delivered) to each Purchaser, the certificates required by this Agreement.

All corporate and other proceedings in connection with the transactions contemplated at the Initial Closing hereby or the Additional Share Closing and all documents and instruments incident to such transactions shall be reasonably satisfactory in substance and form to the Purchaser Purchasers and its their special counsel, and the Purchaser Purchasers and its their special counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as they may reasonably request.
