Proceedings Against Assets. Any of the Loan Parties’ or any of their Subsidiaries’ assets are attached, seized, levied upon or subjected to a writ or distress warrant; or such come within the possession of any receiver, trustee, custodian or assignee for the benefit of creditors and the same is not cured within thirty (30) days thereafter;

Any assets (other than the Collateral) valued in excess of Ten Million and 00/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00) or the Collateral of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries are attached, seized, levied upon or subjected to a writ or distress warrant; or such come within the possession of the Commissioner (except as set forth in Section 8.2.2 [Bankruptcy, Insolvency or Reorganization Proceedings]) or any other receiver, trustee, custodian or assignee for the benefit of creditors and the same is not cured within thirty (30) days thereafter;

Any material portion of the Loan Parties’ assets in excess of an aggregate amount of $25,000,000 are attached, seized, levied upon or subjected to a writ or distress warrant; or such come within the possession of any receiver, trustee, custodian or assignee for the benefit of creditors and the same is not cured within thirty (30) days thereafter;
Proceedings Against Assets. Any of the Loan Parties' or any of their Subsidiaries' assets are attached, seized, levied upon or subjected to a writ or distress warrant involving an aggregate amount of money in excess of Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000,000.00); or such assets come within the possession of any receiver, trustee, custodian or assignee for the benefit of creditors and the same is not cured within sixty (60) days thereafter;
Proceedings Against Assets. Any of the Collateral Pool Properties or any other Collateral with an aggregate fair market value of $10,000,000 or more is attached, seized, levied upon or subjected to a writ or distress warrant; or the appointment of any receiver, trustee, custodian or assignee of any Loan Party, any Collateral Pool Property or any Collateral or other assets of any Loan Parties with an aggregate fair market value of $10,000,000 or more and the same is not cured within sixty (60) days thereafter; or

Any material assets of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries are attached, seized, levied upon, or subjected to a writ or distress warrant or come within the possession of any receiver, trustee, custodian, or assignee for the benefit of creditors and the same is not cured within thirty (30) days thereafter; Notice of Lien or Assessment. A notice of Lien or assessment in excess of $10,000,000 which is not a Permitted Lien is filed of record with respect to all or any part of any of the assets of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries by the United States, or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof, or by any state, county, municipal, or other governmental agency, including the PBGC, or any taxes or debts owing at any time or times hereafter to any one of these becomes payable and the same is not paid within thirty (30) days after the same becomes payable;
Proceedings Against Assets. Any of the Loan Parties’ or any of their Subsidiaries’ assets (i) are attached, seized, levied upon or subjected to a writ or distress warrant for an amount in excess of Ten Million and 00/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00) in the aggregate which is not stayed, lifted or otherwise bonded within thirty (30) days thereafter; or (ii) with a book value in excess of Ten Million and 00/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00) in the aggregate come within the possession of any receiver, trustee, custodian or assignee for the benefit of creditors and the same is not cured within sixty (60) days thereafter;
Proceedings Against Assets. Collateral having a value in excess of $25,000,000 is attached, seized, levied upon and the same is not released, vacated or fully bonded within sixty (60) days thereafter;
