PROCEDURES FOR CONDUCTING NEGOTIATIONS. 6.01 Negotiations may commence at the request of the Union or the Board within ninety (90) days of the expiration of the existing Agreement by filing notice the State Employment Relations Board (SERB). Such requests shall be made to the Superintendent or his/her designee, the Local Union President, or the OAPSE Staff Field Representative. Upon written request of either party for a meeting date shall be set not more than fifteen (15) days following the request.
