Negotiating Teams - The Board, or designated representative(s) of the Board, will meet with representatives designated by the Association for the purpose of discussion and reaching mutually satisfactory agreements. (Unless mutually agreed upon, there shall be no more than 6 persons on the OAPSE team comprised of the OAPSE president and a person from each of the major classifications. ) All negotiations shall be conducted exclusively between said teams. The parties may call upon professional and lay consultants to assist in all negotiations. The expense of such consultants shall be borne by the party requesting them.
