Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement. References to “this Agreement” or the use of the term “hereof” shall refer to this Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto, taken as a whole.
WILEY OPEN ACCESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS Wiley Publishes Open Access Articles in fully Open Access Journals and in Subscription journals offering Online Open. Although most of the fully Open Access journals publish open access articles under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) License only, the subscription journals and a few of the Open Access Journals offer a choice of Creative Commons Licenses. The license type is clearly identified on the article.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions We may update or amend these terms and conditions (including our Fees & Limits Schedule). Notice of any changes will be given on our website, or by e-mail notification, or by SMS at least 2 months in advance. By continuing to use the Payment Services after the expiry of the 2-month notice period you acknowledge that you indicate your acceptance to be bound by the updated or amended terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by them, you should stop using the Payment Services and terminate this Agreement in accordance with Clause 10 before the changes take effect.
Amendment of Terms and Conditions 39.1 We may, by notice in writing, supplement, vary and/or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time and such supplement, variation and/or modification shall take effect from the date specified by us in the notice (which shall be binding upon receipt or deemed receipt by you). Insurance Terms and Conditions Company must maintain the following limits and coverages uninterrupted or amended through the term of this Agreement. In the event Company becomes in default of the following requirements, Authority reserves the right to take whatever actions it deems necessary to protect its interests. Required liability policies other than Workers’ Compensation / Employer’s Liability will provide that Authority, members of Authority’s governing body, and Authority’s officers, volunteers and employees are included as additional insureds.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions Reserving the right to change these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or add to these terms and conditions from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons or in order to assist the proper delivery of education at the School. The School will send you notice of any such modifications prior to the end of the penultimate term before the modifications are to take effect.
These Terms and Conditions I understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each personal account opened for me at the Credit Union and that I should read and retain them. CLOUD SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 3, Cloud, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 3, Cloud. For the duration of an Authorized User Agreement, the Cloud Solution shall conform to the Cloud Solution Manufacturer’s specifications, Documentation, performance standards (including applicable license duration, warranties, guarantees, Service Level Agreements, service commitments, and credits). PROTECTION OF DATA, INFRASTRUCTURE AND SOFTWARE Contractor is responsible for providing physical and logical security for all Data, infrastructure (e.g. hardware, networking components, physical devices), and software related to the services the Contractor is providing under the Authorized User Agreement. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.
