Procedure for Payment of Indemnifiable Amounts. (a) Subject to Section 9, the Indemnitee shall submit to the Company a written request specifying in reasonable detail the Indemnifiable Amounts for which the Indemnitee seeks payment under Section 3, Section 6, or Section 7 hereof and a short description of the basis for the claim, as well as any supporting documentation. The Company shall pay such Indemnifiable Amounts to the Indemnitee within sixty (60) calendar days of receipt of the request. At the request of the Company, the Indemnitee shall furnish such documentation and information as are reasonably available to the Indemnitee and necessary to establish that the Indemnitee is entitled to indemnification hereunder.

The Company shall pay such Indemnifiable Amounts to the Indemnitee within sixty thirty (6030) calendar days of receipt of the request. At the request of the Company, the Indemnitee shall furnish such documentation and information as are reasonably available to the Indemnitee and necessary to establish that the Indemnitee is entitled to indemnification hereunder.
