Procedure for Handling. 1. A teacher who feels he/she has a grievance must first take up the matter verbally with his/her principal within five (5) calendar days from when he/she became aware of the alleged grievance. Relief sought in any grievance shall be limited from the date of the first step of the grievance procedure.
