Procedure for Future Negotiations. The parties to the Agreement hereby agree that in the event either party serves notice upon the other in compliance with ARTICLE XXII, the parties will designate their respective authorized bargaining representatives within ten (10) days of receipt of said notice and begin negotiations no later than twenty (20) days after said notice is received. In the event agreement cannot be reached within forty (40) days of the initial negotiation meeting upon any matter that is subject to negotiation, either party may request Collective Bargaining Agreement Dover Police Association FY05- FY08 mediation and fact finding which shall be conducted in compliance with New Hampshire RSA 273-A.
