Procedure for Bringing Disputes to the Department. The Contractor and using Department must attempt to resolve all disputes arising under this Contract in good faith, taking such measures as, but not limited to investigating the facts of the dispute and meeting to discuss the issue(s). In order to bring a dispute to the Commissioner of a Department, Contractor must provide a general statement of the basis for its claim, the facts underlying the claim, reference to the applicable Contract provisions, and all documentation that describes, relates to and supports the claim. By submitting a Claim, the Contractor certifies that:
