However, if you try to do so and have not been successful, you may contact us to discuss it. If appropriate, we can request a refund on your behalf. If you are entitled to a refund, you agree to accept the refund policy of the merchant where you made the purchase. We are not able to assist you with a merchant dispute for a Transaction made with a Convenience Cheque.
