Common use of Problems with a Purchase Clause in Contracts

Problems with a Purchase. a) If you authorized a Transaction, you must settle any dispute or claims directly with the merchant. However, if you try to do so and have not been successful, you may contact us to discuss it. If appropriate, we can request a refund on your behalf. If you are entitled to a refund, you agree to accept the refund policy of the merchant where you made the purchase. We are not able to assist you with a merchant dispute for a Transaction made with a Convenience Cheque.
