Problems with a Purchase a) If you authorized a Transaction, you must settle any dispute or claims directly with the merchant. However, if you try to do so and have not been successful, you may contact us to discuss it. If appropriate, we can request a refund on your behalf. If you are entitled to a refund, you agree to accept the refund policy of the merchant where you made the purchase. We are not able to assist you with a merchant dispute for a Transaction made with a Convenience Cheque.

Problems with a Purchase. We are not responsible for any problem you or the Cardholder has with any Purchase. If you or the Cardholder has a problem with anything purchased using a Card or Card number, you must still pay all Debt as required by this Agreement. Problems with a Purchase. Before contacting you, I will attempt to settle all claims, problems and disputes regarding any Transaction or any credit voucher issued by a merchant directly with the merchant. You do not make any conditions, warranties or representations with respect to any goods or services available for Purchase(s) on my Account. I am responsible for any recurring transactions or payments that I have authorized merchants to charge to my Visa Account, even after I or you cancel this Agreement. If I wish to discontinue any such recurring transactions or payments, I must directly contact the merchant and then check my Account Statements to ensure that the transactions or payments have, in fact, been discontinued. I must still pay all Debt as required by the Agreement. Although you are not obliged to take any action for merchant disputes unless required to do so by law, in some circumstances you may be able to provide assistance in resolving a disputed transaction or payment. If I wish to discuss a dispute, I may contact Customer Service by telephoning toll-free during regular business hours at 0-000-000-0000.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • Program Interactions with Other HFA Programs Other HFA program benefits may be available to the homeowner provided the HHF program maximum benefit cap of $100,000 has not been exceeded, and program funds are available. The homeowner is required to apply separately for each HFA program.

  • Monitoring Compliance with Contract For purposes of monitoring the District’s compliance with this contract, the Department may require the District to provide information or may conduct site visits as needed.

  • CONTACT WITH END USERS 50.1 Each Party at all times shall be the primary contact and account control for all interactions with its End Users, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties. End Users include active subscribers as well as those for whom Service Order installations are pending.

  • Provision of Interconnection Financial Security The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 11 of the GIDAP in a manner acceptable under Section 11 of the GIDAP. Failure by the Interconnection Customer to timely satisfy the GIDAP’s requirements for the provision of Interconnection Financial Security shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and a condition of Default of this Agreement.

  • Provide Data In Compliance With FERPA School Unit shall provide data for the purposes of the Service Agreement in compliance with FERPA, COPPA, PPRA, IDEA, MSIPA, and MUSER and all other Maine privacy statutes and regulations referenced or identified in this DPA.

  • Available Services Subject to the terms of this agreement, Manager may obtain any of the Available Services from Sprint Spectrum in accordance with the provisions of this Section 2.1. The Available Services offered from time to time and the fees charged for such Available Services will be set forth on the then-current Exhibit 2.1.1 (the "Available Services and Fees Schedule"). If Sprint Spectrum offers any new Available Service, it will deliver a new Exhibit 2.1.1 indicating the new service and the fee for the new service. Manager may select one or more of the categories of Available Services. If Manager selects a particular category of services it must take and pay for all of the services under the category selected; Manager may not select only particular services within that category. If Sprint Spectrum determines to no longer offer an Available Service and the service is not a Selected Service, then Sprint Spectrum may give Manager written notice at any time during the term of this agreement that Sprint Spectrum no longer offers the Available Service.
